Short version: this site does not ask you for personal information, and the data it touches is the ordinary analytics and affiliate-tracking exhaust of a website.
What is collected. Standard server and analytics data: pages requested, approximate region derived from IP address, referring page, device and browser type, and time on page. This is aggregate traffic measurement. There is no account system here, no newsletter, and no form asking for your name, address, payment details or date of birth.
Affiliate tracking. Outbound links to operators carry a tracking parameter identifying this site as the referrer so commission can be attributed. Following one may set a cookie placed by the operator or its affiliate network, not by us. Once you are on the operator's site you are subject to that operator's privacy policy, which is a separate and considerably longer document.
Who receives data. Our analytics provider and the affiliate networks that attribute referrals. We do not sell personal information and we do not build or share advertising profiles.
Your rights. Under PIPEDA in Canada, and under GDPR if you are in the UK or EU, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data held about you and to object to certain processing. Because we hold no account records the practical answer is usually that there is nothing on file, but write to info@newcasinoonlinecanada.com and we will confirm that in writing. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; clearing them removes affiliate attribution.
Age. This site is for adults of legal gambling age in their province and is not directed at anyone younger. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
